DEPOSITS:

  • A mandatory $20 deposit is required to book your lash appointment; $50 deposit for semi permanent brows

  • Your deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are credited to your total cost of service.

  • Remaining balance will be due in cash . 

NO deposit, NO appointment, NO exceptions!

FILL IN:

  • Lashes should be filled in every 2-3 weeks. PLEASE BE HONEST WHEN BOOKING YOUR FILLS!

  • Any time after 4 weeks is a FULL SET !

  • You must have 75% of your extensions left for a FILL IN.

  • I DO NOT fill in other techs work. YOU MUST BOOK A REMOVAL AND THE NEW SET OF YOUR CHOICE.

  • Keep in mind , I will only honor the fill price if your lashes have been properly taken care of and you have a good amount of lashes left to be considered a fill .

 

HYGIENE:

  • Clean lashes is a must! Please arrive to your appointment with absolutely no makeup. NO MASCARA 

  • If you arrive to your appointment with any trace of makeup, debris or dirt on your lashes you’ll be charged $10 extra for a required lash bath.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: 

  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER. ALL clients have up to 72 hours( 3 days) to report an issue after your initial appointment for a free 30min touchup
     

  • If you contact me weeks after the “courtesy fix” deadline you will be charged for a fill.

 

CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24-48 hours before your appointment time. 

  • If you cancel the day of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the remainder amount of your service (full price). NO EXCEPTIONS!

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT 

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may text or call 24-48hrs before your appointment time.

  • YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE ONE TIME . AFTER THE FIRST RESCHEDULE YOU’LL BE CHARGED HALF OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE . YOU WILL THEN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT AND PAY A NEW DEPOSIT.

SAME DAY OR LATE CANCELLATION 

  • “Same day or late cancellation” applies to appointments rescheduled or canceled less than 24-48 hours of your confirmed and scheduled appointment time.

  • ANY APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 24-48hrs will result in half payment of the remaining balance of the reserved service fee. 

 

NO CALL NO SHOWS

  • Clients who no call, no show will no longer be able to book and you will be charged full price using the card saved on file.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY . We are all humans and I understand things happen but please communicate with me and respect my time.
 

ONE-ON-ONE COURSE:

  • Training course are only offered on Sundays.

  • A Deposit is required in order to secure your training date. THE REMAINDER BALANCE FOR YOUR CLASS MUST BE PAID IN CASH.
